Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will assist in gathering, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with senior analysts and data scientists to support the organization's data-driven initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and develop your skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and organize raw data from various sources to ensure it is ready for analysis.
Data Analysis: Perform basic analysis and generate reports on key metrics, identifying trends and patterns.
Reporting & Visualization: Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Database Management: Help maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand data needs and provide insights.
Support Senior Analysts: Provide support to senior data analysts and other team members on projects and analysis tasks.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
Previous internship or experience in a data analyst role is a plus but not required.
Experience with data cleaning, database management, or report generation is a plus.
