IBuild PM Turnkey Solutions is a leading provider of Fit-out & refurbishments and project management services across a multitude of industries.
We are seeking talented and experienced Carpenters to join our team in South Brisbane working on a cladding project. This role offers the potential for ongoing work and full-time opportunities for the right candidate.
Position Overview: Use your carpentry skills to work individually or as a team to provide carpentry services to our commercial customers. A strong safety focus will be paramount with high levels of reporting and documentation required under safe work requirements. A high level of attention to detail in your trade skills, with the ability to monitor work activity by other multi trades or specialised trades working on site.

• Apply general building knowledge effectively.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
• Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard.
• Bring and maintain your own set of tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in carpentry.
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team.
• Strong commitment to delivering quality results.
• Knowledge of Australian building standards and compliance regulations.
• Strong Safety Initiative
• Current Drivers Licence
• Own set of tools.
• Construction Industry Card (White Card)

Job Types: Full-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $50,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Carpentry: 3 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• White Card (Required)
• Work Safely at Heights (Preferred)
• Driver Licence (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Preferred)
