About the Role
As our Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations. Reporting directly to senior management, you will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts, payroll, and reporting.
Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to drive performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve organizational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CA qualification is highly regarded.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
A proactive approach to challenges, with a focus on innovation and results.
