THE ROLE
Join our team as an Enrolled Nurse, providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment while collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance outcomes for our elderly people.
We are currently looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join the team at our St George Care Centre. This is a Permanent Part-Time position working 70 hours per fortnight. Kindly see the weekly roster below.
Total Hours per fortnight: 70
Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.
Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of residents through appropriate assessments
• Contribute to the allocation of workload for care staff
• Support residents with care requirements in line with scope of practice
• Monitor and assist in administering medications
• Provide oversight and leadership to care staff
• Supervise and mentor care staff on shifts and provide support
• Complete ACFI documentation, assessments, care plan reviews, evaluations & Riskman reporting

Essential Criteria:

• Current AHPRA registration
• Current Flu and Covid vaccinations
• Valid NDIS screen (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Police Clearance less than 6 months' old (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Willingness to attend a paid 2-day induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
