We have a fantastic opportunity for multiple Direct Care Workers to become part of our dedicated Community Health team. As a Direct Care Worker (Community), you will play a key role in providing direct, person-centred care to clients, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. You'll be an integral part of the team, supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, while contributing to their overall well-being.

While experience in working with aged, frail, or disabled persons is valuable, limited experience is acceptable as we are happy to support your growth.

Applicant Information
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements:

• DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
• National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)
• Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A
