• Salary: RN/RM2C $84,870 - $107,279 p.a (pro rata) + superannuation + leave loading + allowances + salary sacrifice benefits

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for primary healthcare? We are looking for a Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated team at Ceduna Family Medical Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to provide advanced nursing services while shaping the future of patient care.
As a Clinical Nurse - Practice Nurse, you'll take a lead role in delivering high-quality nursing care, focusing on health promotion, illness prevention, and education. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment that fosters professional development, client advocacy, and a commitment to best practices. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and leading nursing research.
Responsibilities include:

• Delivering advanced nursing services with a focus on health promotion and disease prevention
• Leading and mentoring less experienced nursing staff
• Facilitating professional development and staff education
• Implementing contemporary best practices in a team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate
• Registered Nurse with at least 3 years, full time equivalent post-registration experience
• Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to continuous improvement and quality patient care
