Customer Service and Administration.
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Administration officer who is a multi master tasker with excellent communication skills to assist our team across all customer service and administration areas of our business.
This is an office-based role, part-time Monday - Friday approx hours 9.30am - 2.30pm, but for the right candidate, we are willing to provide flexible working hours.
This position is a long-term career opportunity, with the opportunity to move to fulltime. As the business grows, so will your role and responsibilities.
Salary will be pro-rata for the hours worked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient operation across all areas of the business.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and digital platforms whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Schedule quotes for Sales Team in a logical and geographical manner.
- Handle customer queries/complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in a positive, professional and friendly manner.
- Assist the Operations Manager, and other office staff with admin duties as required.

- Proficient in office management systems (Microsoft Office Suite, XERO)

- A willingness to learn and grow.
