Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Administrator at 4 Seasons Insulation in West Gosford, NSW.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining the customer and scheduling databases. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualification and Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Robust problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Enjoys undertaking diverse projects and participating in
business development
- Proficient with accounting systems, including XERO
- Traineeship opportunities available for suitable applicants
