Job Description

Your Opportunity

As a valued member of the R&D Incentives and Grants team you will:

• Work with a wide range of innovative and dynamic companies to identify and pursue relevant government funding opportunities.
• Work in high growth and emerging sectors such as agribusiness, renewables, resources and critical minerals, low energy technology, etc.
• Rapidly review technical information and match salient parts to program funding requirements such as those of the R&D Tax Incentive and other programs that support client goals.
• Review and analyse financial information to identify costs that are eligible for government support such as qualifying R&D expenditure.
• Support clients with their dealings and responses with government bodies such as Aus Industry and Australian Tax Office.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholder in government and in the innovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (engineering, science, business, commerce, etc.)
• Excellent written communication (proven ability to write reports at a high level)
• Excellent verbal communication
• Technical capability with tools such as Powerpoint and Excel
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Technology-centric and passion for innovation and R&D
