Exciting opportunity to join Tweed Valley Hospital, a new, major referral hospital at the heart of the network of hospitals and health facilities across the Tweed-Byron region

The new state of the art facility includes:

• more operating theatres and recovery spaces
• expanded emergency department
• enhanced medical, surgical, and mental health services
• enhanced ambulatory care services including more outpatient clinics
• new interventional cardiology service
• new radiotherapy service as part of a new integrated cancer care service

About the role
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) coordinates, delivers and evaluates clinical nursing education programs at a ward/service level and provides clinical supervision in order to support development evidence based, person centred nursing care in line with the standards, policies and procedures of the Ministry of Health and other statutory authorities.
