Car Loan Assistant
We are currently seeking a motivated Call Centre - Car Loan Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact with customers, providing exceptional customer service, building rapport, and supporting customers with their finance applications. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, following up and answering any questions or concerns they may have regarding finance applications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and a willingness to help.
• Capture the finance application with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in our database.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the call centre.

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a sales and/or call centre environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all types of clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing finance applications.
• Proficiency in using computer software and other relevant applications.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work Saturdays and evenings as needed.
