Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate a team of baristas, and waitstaff.
- Handle inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Prepare and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
- Provide training and support to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- References required.

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
- Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
