Job Description
Your valuable contribution to something big
- You are part of the Information Coordination team, which aims to improve communication, data integrity, efficiency and decision-making process in Clj P
- You implement requirements of central Bosch directives in terms of Management of access rights, being responsible Office for Access Rights
- You develop and maintain the user Authorization Documentation
- You are in charge for creation and maintenance of an Application Authorization Concept (AAC)

You ensure:
- Access only to IT applications that a user needs for their work -> correct target group
- Access only to information die that a user needs for their work -> correct access rights
- Access only after approval from the right authority -> clear responsibility
- Access only for the duration of the requirement -> correct time period
- You act in cooperation with the local security functions, ensuring that that state-of-the-art security measures defined centrally are implemented in the local systems
- You give support to user departments in order to fulfill directive’s requirements
- You will participate in daily meetings, calls
Qualifications
Personality:
- You are well organized, focused and able to meet strict deadlines
- Your mindset is based on improvement and growth
- You play a key role in the plant organization
- Your focus is on continuous improvement
- You bring positive attitude
- You have passion in your blood
- Bachelor/Master degree in technical field
- Familiarity with specialized software used for tracking permits, licenses, other authorizations
- Experience in generating reports or management of online submission systems for authorizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with local and external stakeholders
- Excellent skills in project management
- Demonstrated ability to interact with different teams
- General knowledge of ERP System (SAP is preferred)
- Ability to keep up with changing rules and regulations
- English – level C1
- German – level B1 is helpful
