We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Coordinator to support an international organization. The role involves managing supplier relationships, data analysis, and coordinating procurement processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct spend data and supplier base analysis to support procurement strategies.
• Create and distribute supplier surveys and analyze collected responses to inform Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Coordinate PR/PO follow-ups with regional colleagues.
• Maintain and update the Supplier Matrix with accurate supplier information.
• Manage contracting activities in SAP Ariba, including the creation of contract workspaces and uploading contracts, NDAs, and work orders.
• Handle supplier communications, ensuring the distribution and collection of critical documents such as Payment Terms, Supplier Codes, and Data Privacy agreements.
• Support initiatives to improve Payment Terms and contract management related to supplier connections.
• Assist Legal Affairs with supplier classification, legal taxonomy, and Purchase Order creation.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for global car fleet projects and contracts.
• Perform supplier base quality assessments and maintain global mapping tables in ECC.
• Deliver category spend analyses and present findings using Power Point.
• Conduct supplier ownership analyses and manage necessary exception requests.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in sourcing and supplier management processes.
• Lead and manage sourcing/tendering activities and negotiate supplier contracts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Higher education in Economics, Engineering, or Business Administration (students are welcome to apply).
• Experience in Procurement or Supplier Management is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Point.
• Experience with SAP (especially SAP Ariba) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
