Position: Russian & English Interpreter
Location: Remote (Portugal-based)
Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

Our 3-week training program will provide you with the necessary tools to excel in your role. The training is conducted in English and covers:
- Introduction to relevant software and tools
- In-depth product and service knowledge
- Customer management skills via telephone, email, and chat
- On-the-job training with continuous feedback
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation services between Russian and English-speaking clients
- Assist with written communication, ensuring clarity and precision
- Manage client queries and provide high-quality customer service
- Fluency in both Russian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or interpretation role is an advantage, but not required
