Position Overview:
- Job Title: Russian & English Interpreter
- Location: Remote (Portugal-based)
- Company: Atlean World
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Training: 3-week training period (in English), 8 hours per day
- The training period will be conducted in English and will provide insight into your future work field, including:
- Training on new computer software programs
- Product and customer service training
- Telephone, email, and chat customer management
- On-the-job training and implementation
- Base Salary: Monthly salary with Christmas and holiday allowances
- Health Insurance: Provided from day one of employment
- Meal Allowance: Paid by debit card (tax-exempt)
- Income Tax and Social Security: Withheld from your total gross compensation (excluding meal allowance). Social Security tax is a flat-rate of 11%.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with rotational shifts 24/7
- Contract: 12-month term contract, renewable for another 12 months. After 2 years, employment becomes permanent.
- If selected, you will sign an Employment Term Contract, followed by the training agreement on your first day.
- The contract will be signed upon the successful completion of the training.
- During the training, you will receive compensation, but no social security taxes will be charged for the training period.
- Please note: If you prematurely terminate the training, no compensation will be paid.
