Job Opportunity: Quality Analyst – Video Streaming Platform German speakers
Location: Office-Based (with relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal)
We are looking for talented Quality Analysts to join our team and support a leading Video Streaming Platform project. If you have a keen eye for detail and QA experience, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Customer Support operations comply with company standards.
• Create and analyze performance reports.
• Assist management in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• QA experience (junior or senior profiles).
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German C2 level or higher and English (B2 level or higher).
• Availability to work in shifts and weekends.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: From €17,000*
• Language Premium Bonus: €315/year
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/workday (paid via meal card, net amount)
• Transportation Bonus: €720/year
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary
• Other Benefits: Health & Life Insurance (including Family Plan for spouse and children)

Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal):

• Assistance with obtaining NIF and NISS.
• Help finding accommodation tailored to your needs.
• Relocation bonus of €2,000 (gross), paid with the first payroll cycle.

Contract Details:

• Training Contract: 1 month
• Fixed-Term Contract (FTC): 1 year with a 30-day probation period
