We are hiring for the role of Verifier to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2C or call centers, possess excellent communication skills, and have a neutral English accent. As a Verifier, you will handle inbound sales calls, assess customer eligibility based on predefined criteria, and seamlessly transfer qualified calls to the sales closer.

- Handle inbound sales calls professionally and courteously.
- Verify customer information and ensure they meet the specified requirements.
- Accurately document call details and verification outcomes in the system.
- Transfer verified and qualified calls to the sales closer for further processing.
- Communicate effectively to build rapport with customers and ensure a smooth verification process.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and eligibility criteria to effectively perform the role.
- Prior experience in B2C or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral English accent.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing call documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
