Pharmacist Medical Assistant

EZ MD Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacist Medical Assistant to join our onsite healthcare team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a medical background, including recent graduates, to gain valuable hands-on experience in the medical field.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document patient encounters in Electronic Health Records (EHR) during real-time interactions with healthcare providers.
- Transcribe and edit medical documentation from audio recordings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to medical standards.
- Review patient records for completeness, ensuring compliance with medical standards and HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies or clarify unclear information.
- Ensure timely and precise completion of medical documentation to support efficient healthcare delivery.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and transcription best practices to maintain professional competency.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to uphold high standards of medical documentation.
- Communicate with patients and providers to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and manage virtual follow-ups.
- Support administrative tasks, including billing inquiries, insurance verification, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and improve virtual support workflows.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in EHR systems, transcription software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce error-free documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to evolving healthcare technologies and processes.
- Location Requirement: The role is based in Rawalpindi. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Work Hours: This is an onsite position with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time).
