Job Description
- Handle inbound customer complaints and technical queries.
- Make outbound calls to queries that are received through the website and social media pages.
- Handle billing-related queries.
- Work with the team and entertain all customer queries accurately.
- Handle social media chat channels for receiving queries.
- Work with the sales team to deliver to customers asking for services.
- Should be a graduate in Marketing or Business Administration discipline
- Students in the last semester can also apply
- Should have a learning attitude and disciplined
- Should be high with energy
- Should be able to work along with seniors
- Should be a team player
- English Communication is mandatory
Timings: 7pm - 3am (Night)
Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
