Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to client inquiries and service applications.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Assist clients in completing forms and applications accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Document all interactions and update client records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing of client applications.
- Stay updated on service-related policies and procedures to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of service processes and procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore Pakistan
Shift Timings: 10am To 6pm (Mon-Sat)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
