Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients from various industries using research, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage new clients.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Create compelling presentations and proposals to convince clients of our value proposition.
- Lead negotiations to secure business deals and favorable contracts.
- Utilize multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, including cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Diligently follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services/products to motivate decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative business development strategies
- Regularly update management on progress and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.,
- Strong ability to persuade and motivate clients.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to various industries.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
