Role Overview:
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing high-quality FMCG products globally, negotiating costs effectively, and ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabia’s specific import regulations. This role requires strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, and a deep understanding of the Saudi FMCG market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers worldwide to meet the company's FMCG procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost and ensure value.
• Analyze market trends to source the best FMCG products at competitive rates.

Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian import regulations and standards, including documentation, labeling, and customs requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KSA-specific laws affecting FMCG imports.

Supplier Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international FMCG suppliers.
• Assess supplier performance based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve supplier disputes and manage risks effectively.

Cost Optimization:

• Drive cost savings by identifying opportunities for process improvement, supplier consolidation, and negotiation strategies.
• Monitor budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of global sourcing experience, with a focus on FMCG products and Saudi Arabia’s import market.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of KSA import regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Remuneration
This is an extendable limited-term contract for a KSA-experienced sourcing expert specializing in FMCG products.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
