Job Summary:
Purpose Path is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure project success, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through clear communication, strategic planning, and seamless coordination with internal teams. This role requires a results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, needs, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, SEO, marketing) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting achievements, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for client growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or a similar industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, web development processes, or SEO is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
