Job description
Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – US & Canada Logistics
Company: Flink Freight Logistics Inc.
Office Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: 40,000 to 100,000 PKR + Commission
Location: Back office in Pakistan
Note : English Spoken Skills will be Proficient

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote Flink Freight Logistics' services to customers and explain how we can meet their logistics needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements with customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
