What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for experienced professionals who:
Location: MM ALAM ROAD, Pace Mall Building Gulberg II, Lahore, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like META (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize ROI for client advertising budgets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads align with client goals and brand identity.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of media buyers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.
We’re looking for experienced professionals who:
- Have 3-4 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a team lead, managing and mentoring team members.
- Are experts in META (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Are analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through data-driven strategies.
