TPL Insurance is seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to join our team as the Senior Manager Partnerships and Alliances. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth and drive revenues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing partnerships that result in mutually beneficial collaborations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with TPL Insurance's business priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, including insurance brokers, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and mutual benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products and services that leverage partnerships to enhance the customer experience.
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnerships and alliances.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of 7 to 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the insurance, financial services and relevant sector in Pakistan.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented approach with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
