Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Energatic and starter at our Bhair Town Islamabad location. He / She will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating new donors and maintaining relationships with existing ones, organizing and managing fundraising events, and preparing grant proposals and reports. Also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates on Daily activities.
Qualifications
Fundraising and donor cultivation skills
Planning and executing successful fundraising activites
Grant writing and report preparation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Knowledge of current fundraising trends and best practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field
Experience working with nonprofit organizations or in the development sector is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
