Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Officer to manage and oversee our HR processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth recruitment, employee management, and administrative tasks, contributing to the growth and stability of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Selection:
• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Onboarding:
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
• Ensure a positive experience for new employees during their initial days at work.
• Attendance & Payroll:
• Maintain accurate attendance records for all employees.
• Maintenance of processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Employee Data Management:
• Update and maintain employee records.
• Track employee performance, leave records, and other relevant data.
• HR Administration:
• Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
