Job Description:
LOKAL is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist. You'll play a critical role in leading our growth marketing and branding efforts, to make LOKAL the most loved hospitality brand in Pakistan. You'll drive growth by understanding the needs of our customers and developing and executing creative solutions that exceed their expectations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end consumer growth funnel looking after customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, leading to increased occupancies and revenues. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies that align with business objectives and KPIs.
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, search, affiliate, influencer, and display advertising.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development of creative assets for campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, and Experience, to implement initiatives that drive growth and optimize performance.
• Work closely with the Sales team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to improve profitability.
• Assist with the management of agency and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Ad Roll.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
• Experience and knowledge of using attribution tools such as Mo Engage, Mix Panel, etc.
• Google, Meta, Tik Tok certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
