Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are looking for Marketing & Sales Coordinator for our automobile manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Sales:
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process opportunities, quotations, sales orders and invoices using SAP.
- Generate sales reports and conduct market research.
- Coordinate with the production and engineering department to meet customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer payments and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Administrative:
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales orders, and marketing materials inventory.
- Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track and monitor our departmental KPIs for performance evaluation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly SAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
