Key Responsibilities:
As Manager Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and implement strategic improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:

• Manage cross-functional teams in procurement, sourcing, inventory, compliance, e-commerce retail (Amazon, Walmart, e Bay), wholesale channels, and customer support.
• Ensure collaboration aligns with organizational goals.

Strategic Process Development:

• Analyze and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices in logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Adapt to marketplace algorithm changes, FBA guidelines, and e-commerce trends.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Use tools like Excel, SQL, and BI software to extract actionable insights.
• Interpret logistics and sales data for strategic decisions.
• Prepare reports on procurement, dispatch, and settlement.

Team Management & Development:

• Train, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Delegate tasks and align resource planning with business objectives.
• Oversee performance management processes.

E-Commerce Optimization:

• Develop strategies to improve marketplace metrics, including seller ratings and conversion rates.
• Leverage advertising tools like Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, and Facebook Ads Manager to boost sales.

Vendor & Supplier Management:

• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Manage product sourcing and private-label launches.

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and regulatory standards.
• Enforce company policies and procedures across all departments.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

• 5–7 years of operational experience, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
• Expertise in inventory and order management systems.
• Strong understanding of US e-commerce and logistics market trends.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and e Bay.
• Experience with advertising tools (Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products, Facebook Ads Manager).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
