Position Overview:
Rehan Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager (Male) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be well-versed in various HR functions. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and implementing effective HR strategies that align with the Foundation's mission.

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and hiring of employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Oversee employee performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations.
- Manage employee relations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong expertise in various HR domains such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
