Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies for franchise expansion in existing and new markets.
Recruit, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners.
Monitor franchise operations to ensure alignment with company standards and performance goals.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive franchise success.
Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and legal requirements.
Build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in franchising, business development, or a related field.
Proven track record of managing and growing a franchise network.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze financial performance and market trends.
Strong understanding of franchise agreements and legal frameworks.
