JNJ Polymer Industries Pvt Limited is seeking a Filler QC Assistant to join our team and ensure the highest quality of filler masterbatches, working in shifts. This role is crucial in maintaining consistency and excellence in our production processes, contributing to the properties and cost-effectiveness of plastic products. Willing to stay in factory residence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Testing and Inspection: Perform rigorous tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes and implement adjustments to maintain consistency and meet quality requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and maintain accurate records of processes and test results.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address quality issues during production and recommend corrective actions.
• Material Expertise: Ensure proper handling and testing of fillers, including calcium carbonate, to enhance product performance and cost efficiency.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum Matric or DAE.
• Prior 3-5 years experience in quality control, in the masterbatch or polymer industry.
• Knowledge of testing techniques and quality standards for filler masterbatches.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with production teams.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
