Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Customer Services Associate to support the supply chain team by managing orders, coordinating with warehouses, and ensuring smooth operations across Pakistan. The role requires expertise in SAP, customer relationship management, and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and invoices in SAP with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with warehouses to ensure timely delivery.
- Address customer delivery, pricing, and product queries promptly.
- Manage customer catalogs, price plans, and backorder tracking.
- Prepare daily dashboards and reports on order and invoicing status for visibility.
- Handle credit and debit notes, disputes, and ensure accurate documentation for audits.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer demands and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration and at least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar order-processing systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
