Compassionate Caregiver for Autistic Child

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver to provide dedicated support for a child with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs and possess the empathy and understanding required to foster a positive and nurturing environment. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care, ensuring the child's safety and well-being.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and recreational activities.
- Implement structured play and learning activities that align with the child’s needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about progress and any concerns.
- Support the child’s social, emotional, and developmental goals.
- Nursing diploma/degree.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or special needs.
- Basic knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and behavior management techniques.
- Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR (preferred but not mandatory).
- Background check clearance.
- Must possess a valid passport; candidates with an international passport will be given preference.
