- Support the Manager in planning and implementing real estate business development opportunities for the company
- Coordinate the design and planning works in consultation with professional/ specialist and to ensure project objectives met.
- Assist to procurement, negotiation with Consultants/ Contractors/Suppliers and make recommendation to Manager
- Assist in the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within a project/ outsource project assignment including project planning, budget and etc.
- Assist and work closely with Manager and Division Manager of organization to understand and contribute to their functional development requirement in a project
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as similar function in property development.
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree of Real Estate Management, Finance, Marketing or related discipline
- Familiar with the design, development and management of property development projects.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and reach targets.
- Willing to travel within northern and southern regions in Malaysia
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
