- Position: AR/AP Executive
- Company Industry: Logistic
- Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
- Remuneration: RM2,500 – RM3,500
- Working Hours: Mon–Fri (8.30 am–5.30 pm)
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Handling credit control, payment processing, and receivable receipts.
- Managing financial monitoring, reporting, profit & loss, balance sheet, and petty cash.
- Preparing remittances, cheque payments, and reconciliation for banks, vendors, and customers.
- Issuance of invoices, monthly statements, and debtors' reports.
- Renewal of bank guarantees and year-end audit process management.
- SPM/STPM/LCCI Diploma/Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
- Logistics industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, inter-personal, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Pleasant personality with teamwork capabilities.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
