Site Supervisor (Klang Valley - Immediate Hiring)

- To assist Project Manager/Construction Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily works at the project sites.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as required by the quality management system.
- To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.
- To plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
- To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
- To ensure that inspections and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are being used, with results conforming to specifications.
- To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Candidate with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or related cert (SKM/Diploma under Civil Engineering/Construction/Structural or equivalent)
- Possess excellent management and organizational skills, good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Preferably Junior Executive with minimum 1~2 year related work experience as site supervisor (construction).
- Ability to communicate with technicians, site personnel, consultants, and clients.
- Willing to travel locally
Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
