A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for data centre equipment including power systems, cooling systems, and related infrastructure
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and develop maintenance schedules
- Analyze system performance data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Manage and resolve customer technical inquiries and escalations in a timely manner
- Create and maintain technical documentation including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer communications
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors for repairs and upgrades
- Conduct technical training sessions for clients on proper equipment operation and maintenance
- Participate in emergency response procedures for critical system failures
- Develop and implement best practices for system maintenance and operation
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in data centre operations or similar technical environment
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure including UPS systems, cooling systems, and power distribution
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools
- Professional certifications such as ATD, CDCP, or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency calls
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
