A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Job Description:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects. Track timelines and milestones.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and project documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Help prepare technical documents, review specifications, and track deliverables.
- Assist in ensuring projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- 2-3 years in project support or administrative roles in an engineering environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and basic engineering principles.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.
- Salary is open to discuss as urgent hiring.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
