Senior Project Supervisor
We are an interior design company seeking a Senior Project Supervisor to lead and oversee our renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
· Successfully manage the entire project within specified time frame, budget, and quality control, from the initiation to completion, including but not limited to : planning, implementation, execution, and project completion.
· Liaise with client and consultants with the responsibility if strategic planning and programming, as well as, providing solutions for the technician problems.
· Provide assistance during the project implementation stage for sales and design teams.
· Liaise with all team members of the project implementation stage for sales and design team.
· Liaise with all team members of the project un supervising the site and overall progression.
· Meet client demands by arranging and taking part in site meetings, while ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and do not exceed the due dates by regular on-site monitoring.
· Completely understand and familiarize yourself with materials used during interior renovation.
· Lead the project team and delegate the tasks within the team.
· Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
· Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
· Provide assistance in preparing quotation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
