1. Promote and sell our snack food products to customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, across Malaysia.
2. Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with new customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Provide product information and samples to customers, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Achieve sales targets and objectives, and report on sales performance to management.
6. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our snack food products.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our snack food products.
8. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
9. Develop and maintain a customer database, and ensure accurate and up-to-date customer records.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety regulations.
11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.
12. Undertake any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
