In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers in need of urgent roadside assistance, providing immediate support and solutions in Slovenian. If you have a passion for problem-solving and enjoy helping others, this remote position allows you to make a significant impact while enjoying the scenic beauty and culture of Greece.

Responsibilities:
  • Quickly respond to emergency roadside assistance calls from customers seeking help.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in Slovenian to support customers in need.
  • Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while managing high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Slovenian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Experience with remote work environments is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
