We are currently seeking a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service representative for a reputable Tobacco company to work in a hybrid capacity from Athens. In this position, you will assist Slovenian-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to the company's offerings. Your fluency in Slovenian, along with your customer-focused approach, will be vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about tobacco products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Provide information regarding products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Interest in the tobacco industry and knowledge of products is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
