In this position, you will engage with Slovenian-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and providing essential information about the company's products. Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Slovenian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Educate customers about the company's offerings and policy changes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer relations is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of the tobacco industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
