Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Technical Support Specialist for a prominent search engine based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to Norwegian-speaking users, helping them address and resolve various issues related to the search engine's features and functionalities. Your technical expertise and commitment to customer service will be essential in ensuring a positive user experience. Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse range of technical issues related to the search engine's services.
  • Guide users in utilizing search engine features effectively and answer any inquiries they may have.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support database.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall user experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good level of English proficiency.
  • Prior experience in technical support or a related IT position is preferable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • A passion for technology and a dedication to assisting users effectively.
