Norwegian Speaking Emergencie Roadside assistance service - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Norwegian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance Service agent to work remotely from Greece. This role provides the opportunity to support customers in emergency situations while utilizing your language skills in Norwegian. You will be the first line of communication, assisting customers in distress and coordinating the necessary services to ensure their safety and security on the road. Responsibilities:
  • Handle emergency roadside assistance requests from Norwegian-speaking customers.
  • Provide timely, accurate information and support to clients in crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with local mechanics and service providers to arrange assistance.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in the company system.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure while handling high-pressure calls.
  • Contribute to team efforts in enhancing service quality and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in customer service or emergency response roles is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor during emergencies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and software for communication and documentation.
