Norwegian Speaking Customer Service for operative system - Remote in Greece

We are currently in search of a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service representative for an operative system company to work remotely from Greece. This exciting position is perfect for individuals who have a strong command of the Norwegian language and a passion for technology and customer service. In this role, you will assist Norwegian-speaking clients by addressing inquiries, providing troubleshooting assistance, and guiding them through the features of the operative system. Your expertise in communication will be essential in delivering an exceptional experience to our users. Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in Norwegian.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to the operative system functionalities.
  • Work to resolve technical issues and ensure prompt solutions.
  • Guide users through product features and help them navigate the system.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
  • Interest in technology, particularly in operative systems, is a great advantage.
